More than twenty years of experience in the food processing sector, a master's degree in management of food safety health programs in Costa Rica; a master´s degree in environmental management at the University of Sherbrooke (Canada) and a certificate in socio-cultural management and gastronomy practices at UQAM (CANADA) guarantee my professional and academic career.

My vision is to advise leaders and managers of companies and organizations to develop a STRATEGIC PLANNING that allows them to REACH their expansion objectives in their large-scale projects.
